A2Z service zone does not charge any fee for browsing or replying. Premium Listing fees are charged to the users who use the Premium Feature for listing their classifieds. We reserve the right to change the fee structure. We may introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on the site. The fee paid by you to avail the Premium Feature will not be refundable. If the posting is fraud posting, we will delete the ad and NOT REFUND the money.

You agree that: the A2Z service zone Site shall be deemed solely based in India; and the A2Z service zone Site shall be deemed a passive Site that does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over A2Z service zone, either specific or general, in jurisdictions other than India. These Terms of Service shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of India, without respect to its conflict of laws/ principles of any other jurisdiction. Any claim or dispute between you and A2Z service zone that arises in whole or in part from the A2Z service zone Site shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. If you post a message that (1) impersonates any person or entity; (2) falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity; or (3) that includes personal or identifying information about another person without that person's explicit consent, you agree to pay A2Z service zone twnety five thousand rupees (Rs 25,000) for each such message. This provision does not apply to messages that are lawful non-deceptive parodies of public figures.
2. If A2Z service zone establishes limits on the frequency with which you may access the Service, or terminates your access to or use of the Service, you agree to pay A2Z service zone five thousand rupees (Rs 5,000) for each message posted in excess of such limits or for each day on which you access A2Z service zone in excess of such limits, whichever is higher.
3. If you send unsolicited email advertisements to A2Z service zone email addresses or through A2Z service zone computer systems, you agree to pay A2Z service zone one thousand rupees (Rs 1000) for each such email.
4. If you post messages in violation of these Terms of Use, other than as described above, you agree to pay A2Z service zone five thousand rupees (Rs 5,000) for each such message. In its sole discretion, A2Z service zone may elect to issue a warning before assessing damages.
5. If you aggregate, display, copy, duplicate, reproduce, or otherwise exploit for any purpose any Content (except for your own Content) in violation of these Terms without A2Z service zone 's express written permission, you agree to pay A2Z service zone one lakh twnty five thousand rupees (Rs 1,25,000) for each day on which you engage in such conduct.
Otherwise, you agree to pay A2Z service zone 's actual damages, to the extent such actual damages can be reasonably calculated. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms, A2Z service zone retains the right to seek the remedy of specific performance of any term contained in these Terms, or a preliminary or permanent injunction against the breach of any such term or in aid of the exercise of any power granted in these Terms, or any combination thereof.
